1. Singles- Male or Female
2. Doubles- Two Contestants Any Gender
3. Groups- Three Contestants Any Gender ( not more than five)

• Each group must have three members; but not more than five members total.
• You must be able to prove at any time before or during the competition that:
a). you are at least 13 years of age
b). not more than twenty one years old.
• You Must Complete All Entry Forms. All signatures must be original.
(c) Music must be on “ CD ” queued for play, not more than two minutes in length.
(d) Entry fee must be paid in US currency only.
• Music submitted by contestants must be an “ clean ” version,
• Entry Fee is Non-refundable.
• The Competition is open to All Regardless of Nationality or Origin.
• Winners in the Competition will be chosen by Judges and will be judged equally
on originality, music, and performance.
• Competition will be video taped and/or may be made available for sale.
• Each Contestant will receive a Free T- Shirt for competing
• Contestants and Winners release sponsors from all liability regarding the
competition and/or prizes won.

Doubles - $70.00
Groups - $105.00
